Friend Chat 💬

Chat with friends you actually know — here's exactly how it works:

1. Exact login ID

You add a friend by typing their exact Academy login ID. There is no directory, no search, no "find players" — nobody can discover or message you unless you gave them your ID in real life.

2. They accept

Your friend has to accept the request on their device. A request alone can never start a chat.

3. A parent approves

Then a parent approves in the Parent Dashboard. Parents can read chats, revoke a friend, or turn chat off completely — any time.

Your login ID on this device is … — only share it with real-life friends, with a parent's OK. Chat is filtered: phone numbers, emails, addresses, school names and unkind words are blocked automatically. 🚩 report and block buttons are always one tap away.

Preview mode: everything lives on this device. "Alex" (alex-plays) is a simulated friend so you can test the whole flow on one device. In the live Academy the same flow runs between two accounts, with the same three steps.
